1. Scope of Protection: Bare, as a premium brand, offers top-tier protection for your device with our products: Bare Clear and Bare Tuff. Bare Clear is designed to shield your device from surface scratches, while Bare Tuff is engineered to provide enhanced protection against shocks and impacts. It is important to acknowledge that while our products significantly enhance protection, they do not offer complete immunity from all types of damage, internal or external.

2. Clientele: By electing to protect your device with our products, you become a valued client of Bare, whether as an individual consumer or a corporate entity.

3. Product Guarantee: Bare upholds the superior quality of our products. Bare Clear and Bare Tuff are backed by a lifetime replacement warranty. In the event of any defects in the protective function of our products under normal use conditions, we will replace the item to ensure ongoing protection of your device.

4. Post-Installation Care: Following installation, there is a mandatory "Healing Period" during which the product must bond with your device. To ensure optimal adhesion and effectiveness, refrain from using the device until this period concludes.

5. Lifetime Replacement Terms: The lifetime replacement guarantee is subject to specific conditions:
a. The product must remain installed on the original device it was purchased for.
b. A service charge will be applicable for replacements requested after 15 days from the original purchase date.
c. Removal of our product from the device voids the guarantee.
d. Proof of purchase is required for all replacement requests.

6. Guarantee Limitation: The lifetime replacement guarantee is exclusive to the device on which our product is initially installed and is not transferrable to any other device.

7. Satisfaction Assurance: Your satisfaction is paramount to us. Within 15 days of product installation, we will address any manufacturing defects or faults through returns, refunds, or replacements at no additional cost. This does not extend to issues arising from negligence, improper use, or accidental damage.

8. Pre-Installation Device Condition: Our commitment to quality ensures that we only install our products on undamaged devices. Pre-existing damage, including but not limited to cracked screens or non-original parts, excludes the device from eligibility for our services. Bare is not liable for any subsequent damage if our products are installed on a damaged device.

General Agreement: Your choice to use Bare products signifies your agreement to these terms, constituting the full understanding between you (the client) and Bare (the provider). This agreement supersedes any prior agreements or representations.
